Licensing Agreement

Last Updated: July 13, 2026

This Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the content, materials, and trademarks available on https://teamverdun.com (the “Site”) operated by Team Verdun LLC (“Team Verdun,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement should be read together with our Terms of Service and other posted policies.

This is a website content license that governs how visitors may use the content and materials on our Site. It does not govern the sale of products, which are handled under our Terms of Service and, for Amazon transactions, Amazon’s terms and policies.

  1. Ownership

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, page layouts, downloadable files, software, and the overall look and feel of the Site (collectively, the “Content”), is the property of Team Verdun LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  1. Grant of Limited License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and our Terms of Service, Team Verdun grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:

  • Access and view the Content on the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use.
  • Download or print individual pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference, provided that you do not modify the Content and retain all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices.

  1. License Restrictions

You may not, without our prior written consent:

  • Reproduce, republish, distribute, broadcast, transmit, sell, rent, lease, or lend any Content for any commercial purpose.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Content or the Site.
  • Use any automated means (bots, automated extractors) to access, collect, copy, or monitor the Content.
  • Use the Content or any trademarks in any manner that implies affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship by Team Verdun or any third-party brand.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Content.
  • Use the Site or Content in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of any third party.

  1. Trademarks

The names “Team Verdun” and “Team Verdun LLC,” together with our logo and other marks displayed on the Site, are trademarks of Team Verdun LLC. Other product and company names, brands, and logos displayed on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners. Nothing on the Site grants you any right or license to use any trademark without the prior written consent of the trademark owner.

  1. No Implied License

Except for the limited license expressly granted in Section 2, no part of the Site or Content may be copied, reproduced, or used in any way without our prior written permission. Any use of the Content not expressly authorized by this Agreement is a breach of this Agreement and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

  1. Third-Party Content and Links

The Site may contain Content owned by third parties, including brand owners and Amazon, as well as links to third-party websites. Third-party content is protected by its respective owners’ rights, and this Agreement does not grant you any license to use third-party content. Your use of third-party websites and content is governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.

  1. User Materials

If you submit, post, or transmit any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other materials to us through the Site or by email (collectively, “User Materials”), you grant Team Verdun a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute those User Materials for any business purpose. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Materials and that they do not violate the rights of any third party.

  1. Copyright Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any Content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send us a notice with the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material on the Site that you claim is infringing, including its location (URL).
  • Your contact information, including name, address, email, and phone number.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Send copyright notices to: info@teamverdun.com.

  1. Termination

We may revoke the license granted in this Agreement and terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if you breach this Agreement or our Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Content and destroy any copies you have made.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

  1. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Licensing Agreement at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
