1. Orders Placed on Amazon

Because most Team Verdun products are sold through Amazon, returns and refunds for those orders are handled by Amazon under Amazon’s return and refund policies. Amazon generally allows returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To initiate a return for an Amazon order, go to “Your Orders” in your Amazon account.

If you have a question about a product before purchasing, you are welcome to contact us at info@teamverdun.com, but the transaction itself, including returns and refunds, is governed by Amazon.

2. Orders Placed Directly on This Site

If and when we sell products directly through this Site, the following return policy applies:

• Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
• How to Request a Return: Email us at info@teamverdun.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, in which case we will cover the cost.
• Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may be non-returnable for health, hygiene, or legal reasons; these will be clearly marked on the product page.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
